AWANA is a fun-filled non-denominational program that combines team games, scripture memory, and a Bible-based lesson aimed at introducing and reinforcing biblical truths to children. Grace Church hosts AWANA clubs for ages 3 years through 6th grade on Wednesday nights from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m. throughout the school year.
It emphasizes SCRIPTURE MEMORY. Knowing and understanding the Bible is fundamental for building strong spiritual foundations. Kids have an amazing ability to learn and even at young ages are able to memorize and retain scripture.
AWANA is designed with KIDS in mind. Children are assigned to AWANA clubs according to age and grade. Each curriculum is age-appropriate and is geared towards reinforcing developmental and life skills while motivating kids to learn their weekly Bible verses.
AWANA is FUN. Kids want to come to AWANA club because it is fun. Leaders love being involved in AWANA because they realize the significant eternal impact they are having on the live of the kids.
